Snagging is a detailed pre-handover inspection to identify major or minor construction defects and damages that may cause risks or endanger your life and investments. The procedure is carried out during handover, ensuring your investment is safe and helping prevent extra repair costs later during the tenancy contract period.
Snagging inspections take a minimum of 3 hours depending on the size of the property and quality of the build.
During the property handover period, new owners may be asked to pass an inspection with the seller’s representative, but many defective items can be missed. The experienced Property Inspectors of Real Estate Saudi identify major and minor construction defects that can be costly to repair once the warranty has expired, and ensure everything is fixed by the seller.

Basic Package
This package includes one snagging inspection with a minimum fee depending on the number of bedrooms.

This comprehensive package includes an inspection report, bookings and negotiations with the developer on behalf of the owner, plus unlimited re-inspection until all reported damages are fixed by the seller.
